Academy of Technology provides every student prolonged Soft Skill Development Training for Improvement of Placement Skills since 2004. This training is imparted by senior professionals from industries and organizations in following modules.

Weekly 2 hrs. Communication Skill Development Training for a batch of 30 students for 20 to 30 weeks.

Training in Aptitude including online test for 60 hrs.

GD/ PI and HR training from Industry Professionals for 40 hrs.

Mock Test and Mock HR/ PI for 20 hrs

This training is mandatory for every student.

Advanced Training in Software:
Keeping in view changing requirements of industries Academy of Technology has signed MOU with (i) Oracle for WDP and (ii) Microsoft for Microsoft IT Academy to impart value added training in software to enhance students employability competency.
