Documents for Admission

1. Original Admit card of respective Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE/ AIEEE/JECA/JELET).
2. Rank Card of respective Joint Entrance Examination.
3. Duly attested admit card/ certificate of respective Board as proof of age along with original for verification.
4. Duly attested copies of mark sheets of all Board /University examination along with original for verification.
5. Original Certificate form the Head of the Institute last attended.
6. University Migration/ Registration Certificate (if applicable).
7. Documentary evidence in support of address and family income.
8. Fifteen stamp size (2.5 cm X 2 cm) and one passport size color photograph.
9. Medical Certificate in the prescribed format of Academy of Technology.
10. Eye Specialist Certificate in the prescribed format of Academy of Technology.
