(A) Tuition Fees & Deposits For Academic Year 2011- 12

As per Government Order No. 295 - Edn(T)/10M – 04/2004(Part IV) dated 11.07.11 issued by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal the fees structure for B. Tech & B. Tech Lateral students selected for admission in Academy of Technology through WBJEE/AIEEE in the Academic Year 2011 – 2012 should pay following fees and deposit at the time of admission by cash or demand draft in favour of “Academy of Technology” payable at Kolkata.

     (B) Hostel Fees & Deposits For Academic Year 2011- 12

1. Above fees structure are also applicable for students admitted under Lateral Entry Programme in B. Tech. 

2. Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability of seats. 

3. No student will be allowed to take admission or vacate the Hostel in mid-session of any semester. 

4. Admission to Hostel will be made only in the month of December & June every year, subject to availability of seats and the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. 

5. Hostel seat rents are payable on 6 months basis in cash or by Bank Draft of  9000/- favouring “Academy of Technology”, payable at Kolkata. 

6. Except the Caution Deposit no other fees will be refunded. 

7. Caution Deposit will be refunded only after the student passes the Final Examination or discontinues the study mid-way. 

8. If any student desires to avail the transport facility from Kanchrapara / Kalyani, he / she should avail the same for a minimum period of one year. Transport charges are payable on 6 months basis. 

9. Students who desire to register themselves in “Soft Skill Development Training” programme on cost basis within 1st year. Training fees 12000/- have to deposit during admission by P.D.C. in favour of ‘Academy of Technology’, payable at Kolkata dated 20/4/2012.

10. Structure of fees and deposits may change based on the decision of the State Government.
