Training Initiatives
Today the academic excellence alone is not sufficient, though essential, to succeed in ones professional career. Academy therefore extends all possible support to its students to acquire confidence, leadership skill, communication skill etc through comprehensive training program "TRAINING FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PLACEMENT SKILLS (TIPS)" since 2004.
In addition to above keeping in view of changing requirements of industries Academy of Technology has signed MOU with Oracle for Oracle Workforce Development Programme and with Microsoft for Microsoft IT Academy.
Management experts, career counsellors and other professionals are invited in regular intervals to lend their valuable advice to the students to choose the right track, best suited for each individual, and also to make them aware about the requirement of industries. Simultaneously, earnest attempts are also made to eradicate the weakness of the individual student through counselling, and to make them competitive in the hostile global job market.
